These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajet2cuti ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the bajet2cuti website at https://bajet2cuti.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or placing any wager on the bajet2cuti platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service. bajet2cuti reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 (Amendments) of this document.

To open an Account and use the Service, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, either voluntarily through our self-exclusion programme or by bajet2cuti for a policy violation.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or otherwise restricted from using gambling services under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on the bajet2cuti Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited regardless of the email address, payment method, device, or IP address used.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should it change. bajet2cuti reserves the right to request documentary proof of any information provided at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account details with any third party. bajet2cuti will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have reported a security compromise to us in a timely manner.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bajet2cuti may apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts and may close them after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address.

bajet2cuti supports a range of deposit methods suited to Malaysian players, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and leading cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 (or equivalent in supported cryptocurrency) unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.
• Deposit processing times vary: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers typically complete within 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations.
• bajet2cuti does not charge processing fees for standard deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• bajet2cuti reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money (non-bonus) funds subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This requires submission of valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or passport) and may require proof of address and payment method ownership.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 or the cryptocurrency equivalent.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, as required by our anti-money laundering policy.
• Most withdrawal requests via DuitNow and e-wallets are processed within 15 minutes of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes subject to network conditions.
• bajet2cuti reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests above RM10,000, which may extend processing times.
• Any active bonus funds must meet their respective wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn.

bajet2cuti reserves the right to withhold, freeze, or reverse a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

bajet2cuti offers a variety of promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus amounts are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion — for example, our 288% Magnificent Welcome Bonus carries a 35x wagering requirement, while the 100% Standard Bonus carries a 10x requirement. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated at the time each bonus is offered.

7.2 Eligibility & Restrictions

• Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise stated.
• bajet2cuti reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel credited bonuses if we have reason to believe that bonus terms are being manipulated or abused.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, for example, may contribute at a reduced percentage compared to slots. Specific contribution rates are available in the promotion details for each offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• The minimum deposit to qualify for a welcome bonus is RM30 (Standard) or RM50 (Magnificent / Esports bonuses) as stated in the individual offer.

All games available on the bajet2cuti Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are made available within each game interface. The following general gameplay rules apply to all games and betting products on the Platform:

• All game outcomes for slots and RNG-based table games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Game results are independent, unbiased, and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. Placed bets are binding once accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, bajet2cuti reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the Player's Account.
• bajet2cuti does not accept liability for losses resulting from Player errors, including incorrect bet selections, misunderstood game rules, or bets placed during known system instability.
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently determined to have been offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a data feed fault) may be voided at bajet2cuti's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajet2cuti Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Creating more than one Account or operating Accounts on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, script, bot, algorithm, or automated system to manipulate game outcomes or gain an advantage not available to other Players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal purpose.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward bajet2cuti staff or other players via any communication channel.

bajet2cuti is required to verify the identity of Players in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards. This process is a condition of withdrawal processing and may also be triggered by certain deposit activity.

10.1 Required Documents

Players may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents during the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian MyKad, international passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet, bank account, or cryptocurrency wallet used for deposits.
• Source of Funds: Documentation supporting the origin of funds deposited, where required by our AML review process.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in Account suspension and delay or denial of withdrawal requests.

All content on the bajet2cuti Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and associated materials — is owned by or licensed to bajet2cuti and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without bajet2cuti's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bajet2cuti and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from reliance on the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in service caused by events outside bajet2cuti's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including prohibited conduct, KYC non-compliance, or breach of account security obligations.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bajet2cuti reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or AML concerns have been identified.
• A Player has self-excluded or requested account closure under our Responsible Gambling programme.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the specified timeframe.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require such action.

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting our support team. On closure, any real-money balance (excluding forfeit bonus funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

bajet2cuti is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe playing environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via their account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Reality Checks: Optional session duration reminders that notify Players of their time spent on the Platform at configurable intervals.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years, or request permanent exclusion. During exclusion, the Account is locked and no new registrations will be permitted from the same individual.

Continued use of the Service after any amendments become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend that Players review this page periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which bajet2cuti operates. bajet2cuti operates under international licensing consistent with frameworks in jurisdictions such as Curaçao. No specific Malaysian government licence exists for online gambling, and bajet2cuti makes no representation to the contrary.

Any disputes not resolved through good-faith negotiation will be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established under the applicable international licensing framework. Malaysian users expressly acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with Malaysian law and that they assume all legal risk associated with online gambling activities in Malaysia.
